ABOUT BRANO

Brano – Me. I am 29 years old. Coming from Slovakia. Former Czechoslovakia. Last 6 years I was living in beautiful city of Prague, working for one of the leading brand and packaging agency there called cocoon. That way happened I found interest in the thinking behind identity that works and designing it. To give some message or product the face and the form how it appears and communicates to its audience. It is exciting, and always surprising journey. Last year worked as a freelance designer in Prague and Bratislava, and now happened I am here in Tokyo – Japan. With Risa and our friend Alex, we build this site, soudesune as the channel and way how to get in touch and involved in to what is happening in design here in Japan. We want you to know about us, and get us to know about you. In my language “soudesune” means “tak to je”. And it is what it is. And hello is “ahoj”. Besides my language what is Slovak, I speak English and German. And of course started to learn Japanese. So is simple “TAK TO JE & AHOJ”. Let us design together.

EDUCATION

Technical University in Košice in Slovakia (Faculty of Arts – Design)

Was studying Industrial design course. Using mainly 3D studio max, and Rhinoceros software to visualize the ideas and prototypes.During the studies my interest was slightly shifting towards visual communication, and graphic design, where I used the knowledge of 3D modeling. Than I became to be a member of the event production company owned by my friend, dedicated to production of huge dance events, in large clubs, where I was responsible for visuals, web presentations, posters, banners, next to the event venue interior design. That way in my further carrier kind of naturally went in the direction towards graphic design.
